Job Description

  • Develop and lead inventory management strategies and processes
  • Lead demand planning and forecasting improvement initiatives
  • Manage material planning and procurement alignment with merchandising and sourcing
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels across DCs and stores
  • Oversee usage and enhancement of MRP/ERP tools for planning and replenishment
  • Collaborate with logistics and product teams on inbound flow and stock movement
  • Identify and drive cost and efficiency improvements in inventory operations
  • Lead regular cross-functional reviews using performance scorecards
  • Develop and mentor the materials management team
  • Support budgeting and resource planning aligned with business priorities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain, material planning, or inventory management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Having good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point..)
  • Ability to understand, speak and write in English
