Job Requirements

  • Language: Japanese: JLPT N2/ English: Good communication Level
  • Education: Degree and above
  • Age: 30-45
  • Gender: Open
  • At least one year of experience in a position close to management (preferably from a dispatching agency)
  • At least one year of management experience
  • At least two years of experience working as a full-time employee in Japan
  • Experience and knowledge related to company management Welcome

Prefer Experience

  • Nationality: Japanese or Cambodian
  • Understand the overall business of a dispatching agency, as well as on-site work such as document preparation.
  • Experience starting a business and running it as president.
  •  Experience working in Japan for more than two years and at a Japanese company in Cambodia.
  • Experience working with more than 20 Japanese people.
