  • Oversee the design and launch of new payment products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the integration of payment systems with banking platforms, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable operations.
  • Drive improvements in the user experience for all digital payments, including mobile wallets, online payments, peer-to-peer transfers, and other digital channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance digital payment solutions.
  • Manage implementation of digitalization strategies as required; drive achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost management.

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of global payment regulations and cross-border payment solutions, including multi-currency support and international money transfer services.
  • Experience in managing payments across diverse regions with varying regulatory and operational challenges.
  • Ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the payments domain.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially when managing large-scale payment issues or overseeing critical system updates or outages.
