  • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across hotel restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining
  • Design and execute innovative, high-quality menus in line with luxury brand standards
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
  • Manage and develop a large culinary team through training and leadership
  • Control food cost, labor cost, and kitchen budgets effectively
  • Maintain strict compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with F&B and hotel leadership to enhance guest satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience, including leadership in a 5-star or luxury hotel
  • Culinary degree or professional certification required
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisines and fine-dining standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced luxury environment
