  • Lead and manage all Chinese kitchen operations and specialty restaurant(s)
  • Create authentic and innovative Chinese menus (Cantonese / Sichuan / regional cuisines)
  • Ensure consistent 5-star food quality, presentation, and taste
  • Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen budgets effectively
  • Train, mentor, and lead the Chinese culinary team
  • Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards
  • Handle VIP guests, special dietary requests, and customized dining experiences

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 15–20 years of Chinese culinary experience, including leadership in a 5-star or luxury hotel
  • Proven experience as Executive Chinese Chef or Chinese Head Chef
  • Formal culinary training or professional certification in Chinese cuisine
  • Strong leadership, creativity, and operational management skills
  • Flexible to work extended hours in a luxury hospitality environment
