•    Oversee daily farm operations including planting, cultivating, harvesting, irrigation, and post-harvesting.
•    Manage work schedule and supervise farm workers work performance
•    Develop production plans, monitor crop health, and implement pest and disease management strategies.
•    Manage inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, water, and fuel efficiently to minimize waste and maximize yield.
•    Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and safe operation of farm machinery and infrastructure.
•    Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, certifications, and quality standards.
•    Monitor operational costs, prepare budgets, maintain records, and report performance metrics to management.

Qualifications
•    Degree/diploma in Agriculture, Agro-industry, or related field (preferred).
•    5+ years of experience in farm operations or agricultural management.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•    Knowledge of modern farming techniques, equipment operation, and farm safety standards.
•    Basic computer skills and familiarity with farm management software (an advantage).
