  • Study and implement well the principles, work procedures, instructions and orders of Company.
  • Responsible for strategic planning, management, leadership, supervision, and evaluation of work improvement in all areas of the branch, including: human resources, operations, cash management, accounting, branch administration, security, order, and sanitation.
    • Monitor implementation, resolve any issues that arise, and direct the implementation process in a correct, clear, and timely manner.
    • Increase revenue and profits.
    • Make decisions based on the market and community and develop plans to increase the number of local customers.
    • Has the right to train and develop staff in all areas.
    • Invest your leadership skills in branch leadership with support from management.
    • Ensure that there are sufficient supplies in the branch for smooth operations.
    • Manage and allocate staff roles within the branch.
    • Plan, direct, or coordinate staff activities at the branch.
    • Manage the finances and assets available at the branch.
    • Oversee daily operations and finances to ensure compliance with policies.
    • Assess risks and decide to provide loans to customers upon request.
    • Establish good relationships with authorities to promote new products.
    • Helping customers resolve issues.
    • Manage sales and business development.
    • Ensure that branch goals and objectives are met on time.
    • Review the collection report with actual reports.
    • Perform other related duties as required by the Regional Director/Director of Operations.
    • Actively participate and improve your abilities, knowledge, skills, and especially good attitudes.
    • Perform other tasks according to the development of Bamboo Company and as assigned by the direct manager or competent level within the company's work framework.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge : Bachelor's degree (management / administration / banking / finance) or other related skills
  • Experience      : 3 years of experience in operations management at a bank or financial institution.
  • Skills and abilities :
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills in accordance with the process within the structure.
  • Be honest and trustworthy.
  • Good communication in English (reading, speaking, writing, listening)
  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point…).
