● Ability to lead, motivate, and support a service team during busy operations.
● Good knowledge of restaurant service standards, hygiene practices, and customer care.
● Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
● Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel or POS systems is an advantage.
● Diploma or certificate in hospitality, tourism, or related field is preferred.
