• ធ្វើជាគំរូដល់បុគ្គលិកក្នុងហាង ជួយក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិក លើកទឹកចិត្ត និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបុគ្គលិកដើម្បីផ្តល់សេវាកម្ម និងម្ហូបអាហារដែលមានគុណភាពដល់អតិថិជន។
• ផ្តោតលើតម្រូវការរបស់អតិថិជន ដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ ឬការតវ៉ាឱ្យបានទាន់ពេលវេលា និងប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។
• កំណត់ពេល និងគ្រប់គ្រងវេនធ្វើការរបស់បុគ្គលិករត់តុ បុគ្គលិកចង្ក្រានបាយ និងសមាជិកក្រុមផ្សេងទៀត។
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រតិបត្តិការប្រចាំថ្ងៃដើម្បីធានាថាភោជនីយដ្ឋានដំណើរការដោយរលូន។
• ត្រួតពិនិត្យ និងរក្សាស្តង់ដារគុណភាពម្ហូបអាហារ សេវាកម្ម និងអនាម័យ។
• ធានាថាបុគ្គលិកយល់ និងអនុវត្តតាមស្តង់ដារសុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារ និងអនាម័យដែលសមស្រប។

* Job Descriptions:
• Act as a role model for the store staff, assist recruiting, motivating and coaching to provide quality service and food to customers
• Priorities customer needs, resolve conflicts or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule and manage shifts for servers, kitchen staff and other team members
• Oversee day to day operations to ensure a smooth functioning restaurant
• Monitor and maintain quality standards for food, service and cleanliness
• Ensure staff understand and maintain appropriate food safety and hygiene standards
• Conduct closing inventories, ensuring accurate records of all product stock, operational and service equipment
• Opening and closing the restaurant

• មានសមត្ថភាពពូកែដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ និងដោះស្រាយការតវ៉ាពីអតិថិជនប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។
• អាចធ្វើការនៅវេនល្ងាច ចុងសប្តាហ៍ និងថ្ងៃឈប់សម្រាកបាន។

• ចេះសរសេរ និងនិយាយភាសាកូរ៉េកម្រិតមូលដ្ឋាន (មានអាទិភាព)

* Job Requirement:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Proven work experience in a restaurant setting
• Demonstrated management, leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent conflict resolution abilities and professionally able to address customer complaints
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Be able to understand basic written and spoken Korean (Preferred)
