Job Description

Responsible for continuous development of Mazda operation standards & protocols to ensure highest level of customer service for producing excellent feedback and customer satisfaction. Duties include overseeing customer facing personnel, training staff members to safeguard quality, grooming and company policies are followed.

  • Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
  • Inspecting all department with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff grooming & hospitality culture
  • Identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
  • Coach, counsel and discipline all front line personnel according to Guidelines.
  • Ensure staff greet and welcome all customer’s in accordance with Guidelines.
  • Ensure implementation of all policies and house rules.
  • Ensure that employees are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all customer’s, external & internal personnel
  • Inspect grooming and attire of staff; rectify any deficiencies.
  • Constantly monitor staff performance in all phases of service and job functions
  • Monitor the staffs' interaction with customer, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  • Complete an inspection of facility surroundings, public areas and restrooms daily and rectify deficiencies with respective departments
  • Provide feedback to frontline staff on their performance. Handle disciplinary problems and counsel employees
  • Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or other related fields
  • Minimum 7 year of professional experiences in the related field
  • Background from airline or hotel.
  • Honest, flexible, responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
  • Motivated, positive attitude, pro active and team work oriented
  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge in customer satisfaction retention
  • Good at English language (speaking, writing, and listening skills)
  • Logical thinker, able to work efficiently with raw data and provide analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
