Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand K’FAE and Coffee Hub’s market presence locally and internationally.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Drive innovation in product offerings, customer experience, and market positioning.
  • Lead negotiations with potential partners, suppliers, and franchisees.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategy.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of K’FAE and Coffee Hub, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
  • Implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
  • Manage supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and sustainability standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence across retail outlets and production facilities.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across business development and operations.
  • Collaborate with Royal Group’s senior leadership to align K’FAE and Coffee Hub’s goals with corporate strategy.
  • Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.Champion the brand vision and values, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development and operations, preferably in F&B or retail.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of coffee industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.
