Job Summary
Join Wonderlab (Cambodia) Co Ltd as an HR & Admin Officer in Phnom Penh. You will support daily HR operations, recruitment, employee records, and office administration to help ensure a well-organized, efficient, and people-focused workplace.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support staff recruitment processes, including sourcing, initial screening, and coordinating interviews.

  • Coordinate new employee orientation and assist in staff engagement activities.

  • ​Handle daily employee inquiries and maintain accurate HR records.

  • ​Assist management in fostering a positive, collaborative, and open-minded company culture.

  • ​Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • ​Support internal communications, team meetings, and school activities.

  • ​Help ensure company policies and procedures are smoothly implemented across departments.

  • Stay up to date with employment laws and HR practices

  • Ensure administrative systems, documentation, & Compliance are properly maintained

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1–3 years of experience (Experience in an international or multicultural environment is a plus).
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced level of English (good communication skills for teamwork).
  • Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace a unique company culture.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
