• Prevention of Injuries by helping to ensure that the work environment is safe for Associates, Contractors and Visitors.
• Identify potential risk/hazards and to find ways to prevent, eliminate, minimize, or reduce risk/hazards.
• Contribute to ensuring that the organization meets all health and safety legislation objectives and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place
• Carry out the training programs and meeting to promote workplace health, safety and Environmental.
• Engage in research activities related to PPE and equipment for safety practice
• Engage team in safety meetings and follow up on outstanding actions in a timely manner
• Perform field audits of Permit to Work, high work and job site activities
• Assist with investigating incidents and accidents to ensure the timely production of corrective and preventative action plans
• Provide advice, guidance and support to the organization with regards to health and safety legislation, issues and compliance together with all applicable organization policies and practices, referring to Line Manager as appropriate.
• Maintain and evaluate environmental records and documentation for compliance.
• Assist in forms completion with the contractor/visitor in line with organization procedures, to prevent HSE from potential damage. (e.g., permit to work, high work, scaffolding use etc.)
• Perform audits with internal or external and conduct monthly inspection related to health, safety and environment.
• Monitoring employees and Outsourced/ Subcon entrance the loading bay to comply unsafe conditions and unsafe activities in the warehouse.
• Health, Safety and Environment daily /Weekly and Monthly report with follow up finding issue

Monitoring Related Works

• Conduct daily and monthly inspection of security
• Update and maintain the filing system to ensure that information is accurate, up-to-date and available for use

Years of Experience

: 1-2 years of a health, safety and environment management professional with relevant accredited qualifications

: Knowledge in international standards: ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 (if yes)

Education

: high school diploma or equivalent / Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.

Computer’s program

: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language

: Good command of both written & spoken English
