Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Monitor student attendance, behavior, and wellbeing indicators and follow up when concerns arise
  • Goods receiving & inspection (quantity, quality verification)
  • Warehouse organization & stock arrangement
  • Cleaning & custodial supply distribution to internal departments
  • Inventory data entry & monitoring in the internal system
  • Inventory records maintenance (stock in/out, on-hand balance)
  • Inventory physical count & stock reconciliation
  • Stock level monitoring (shortage, surplus, obsolete items)
  • Monthly inventory usage analysis & replenishment planning
  • Support levy book preparation & student uniform distribution

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in handling inventory records
  • Good command in Khmer and English
