Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Support Officer to provide responsive technical support across hardware, software, and user issues. Based in Phnom Penh, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations and support reliable technology services.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
● Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and essential business applications.
● Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex cases when needed.
● Support system updates, device setup, and basic preventive maintenance tasks.
● Keep accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and IT equipment inventory.
● Assist employees with IT requests and ensure timely, professional service.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or support experience is an advantage.
● Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common hardware/software troubleshooting.
● Familiarity with printers, email setup, user accounts, and basic network support.
● Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
● Able to work independently, learn quickly, and handle multiple support requests.
● Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to support users in a fast-paced environment.
