Job Summary
Support the IT team at Ly Hour Pay Pro by assisting with hardware, software, and user support tasks. This entry-level role is ideal for developing hands-on technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
● Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for internal users.
● Install, update, and configure computers, printers, and basic IT applications.
● Support routine maintenance, inventory checks, and IT equipment setup.
● Respond to helpdesk requests and escalate complex issues when needed.
● Document technical issues, solutions, and support activities clearly.

Job Requirements

● Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
● Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and common office software.
● Strong interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
● Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
● Ability to learn quickly and work in a professional banking environment.
● Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
● Willingness to work in Phnom Penh, Ruessei Kaev.
