Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in preparing a request to sue customers in the branch's court for approval by management.
  • Assist in preparing debt settlement lawsuits in court and out of court.
  • Help prepare a notice of breach of debt obligation.
  • Assist in court proceedings to expedite proceedings.
  • Assist in negotiating and resolving disputes both in and out of court.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head.

Job Requirements

  • Be a student / have a bachelor's degree in law or an equivalent degree.
  • Have knowledge about microfinance institutions and credit-related laws such as land law, civil law, criminal law, and contract law.
  • Can use English.
  • Have data analysis skills.
