Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
Manage and conduct capability development diagnosis, including training needs analyses. Highlight critical sales and marketing competencies required and recommend solutions.
Develop, execute, and monitor capability development plans and initiatives to drive sales and marketing excellence.
Develop and implement processes, tools, and systems to support capability development activities.
Select/hire trainers (internal/external) to execute training programs. Up-skill trainers to ensure the execution of quality training programs.
Develop and manage implementation of training programs to increase sales and marketing competencies, including delivery of training modules.
Monitor and evaluate post-development outcomes (e.g. competency gaps closed, application of skills, etc.) to measure learning effectiveness.
Evaluate effectiveness of the sales and marketing framework, plans, training, process, tools, and systems, etc. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their development needs and customize development solutions that will increase their competency levels.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with external vendors to ensure sustainability of provided services.
Enhance the quality of FTF activity.
Monitor the dashboard with a competitiveness perspective

Job Requirements

Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.
Demonstrate sound knowledge in the general principles of sales and marketing; familiarity with the sales and marketing environment is a must.
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
