Job Description

  1. Develop annual marketing strategies and budgets, defining target markets, key customer segments, and communication priorities to support business growth objectives;
  2. Build and unify the company’s brand system, craft brand content (e.g., brand story, slogan, value proposition), and deliver brand value precisely through multiple channels;
  3. Collaborate with product, sales, and service departments to define core product selling points and customer profiles, and develop targeted marketing communication plans;
  4. Organize and produce promotional materials (e.g., proposal decks, brochures, case videos) to systematically support sales and brand promotion efforts;
  5. Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows, livestreams, industry conferences, and customer salons to generate leads and drive conversions, while evaluating and optimizing event performance;
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, conduct comparative research and trend analysis to adjust marketing strategies and strengthen competitive advantages;
  7. Manage marketing budgets, optimize resource allocation, and enhance return on marketing investment (ROI);
  8. Oversee content operations on platforms such as Facebook and TikTok to increase brand exposure and boost user engagement;
  9. Establish external partnerships with industry associations, media outlets, and strategic partners to enhance brand influence within the industry;
  10. Develop sales enablement toolkits (e.g., marketing materials, competitor analysis, industry templates, customer FAQs) to support sales team effectiveness;
  11. Build a market data analysis system, regularly reporting on user behavior, competitor trends, and channel feedback to support product optimization and business decisions;
  12. Work closely with the growth team to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and growth objectives, dynamically adjusting content and pacing;
  13. Lead the development of the marketing team, enhance talent cultivation, and improve incentive mechanisms to strengthen execution and professional capabilities;
  14. Lead and coordinate the content, digital marketing, and brand communication teams to promote collaboration and efficient execution;
  15. Regularly report marketing outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior management to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and corporate strategy.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
  2. Over 5 years of experience in marketing-related roles, including at least 2 years in a marketing management position; candidates with backgrounds in B2C or B2B software, SaaS, POS systems, or the food and beverage industry are preferred;
  3. Comprehensive capabilities in brand building, marketing communications, content creation, and project execution, with familiarity in brand implementation processes;
  4. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
  5. Over 5 years of experience in marketing-related roles, including at least 2 years in a marketing management position; candidates with backgrounds in B2C or B2B software, SaaS, POS systems, or the food and beverage industry are preferred;
  6. Comprehensive capabilities in brand building, marketing communications, content creation, and project execution, with familiarity in brand implementation processes;
