Job Description

1. Strategic Brand Management

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen Vespa’s premium and aspirational brand positioning.
  • Plan integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and seasonal product launches.

2. Product & Launch Marketing

  • Coordinate product marketing for new scooter models or limited editions.
  • Prepare go-to-market strategies including launch events, digital rollouts, and influencer collaborations.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Lead digital campaigns across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to engage Gen Z and millennial audiences.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email campaigns, and website performance.

4. Dealer & Retail Marketing Support

  • Work closely with dealers to execute localized marketing campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan in-store promotions, POS branding, and dealer event support.

5. Influencer & PR Management

  • Collaborate with lifestyle influencers, automotive vloggers, and media to build brand affinity.
  • Manage media relations and PR releases for major campaigns and launches.

6. Customer Engagement & Events

  • Organize community-building events (e.g., Vespa ride-outs, fan meets, lifestyle festivals).
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing approaches.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer demographics, behavior, and brand perception to shape campaigns.

8. Budgeting & Performance Tracking

  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently and report on campaign ROI.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards) to track lead conversion and brand KPIs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive, mobility, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Passion for design, mobility, and youth/lifestyle trends is a plus.
