2. Job Function

(i) Core Tasks

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand and sales
  • Manage branding, campaigns, and product promotion
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and external partners

(ii) Daily Tasks

  •  Monitor marketing activities, leads, and campaign performance
  •  Coordinate content, design, and social media execution
  •  Support sales with marketing materials and promotions

(iv) Weekly Tasks

  •  Review campaign results and market feedback
  •  Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and media execution
  •  Align marketing plans with sales and project teams

(iv) Monthly Tasks

  • Plan and launch promotional campaigns
  • Analyze marketing performance and customer trends
  • Manage marketing budget and expenses
  • Update product brochures, catalogs, and online content

(vi) Yearly Tasks

  •  Develop annual marketing plan and budget Lead brand strategy, major campaigns, and product launches Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  •  Review and optimize overall marketing performance

3. Documentation

  •  Responsible to ensure all Private and Confidential, Controlled Documents are properly indicated and managed.
  •  Responsible in company activities concerning the protection of the environment.

4. Corporate Social Responsibility

  •  Participates in company activities concerning the protection of the environment.
  •  Supports the environmental management system of the company.
  •  Promotes upholds and applies environmentally friendly practices such as reducing, reusing, and recycling.

5. Financial and Administration

  •  Complies with the company’s purchasing and store requisitioning procedures, in respect of internal and external supplies.
  •  Ensure energy and cost-saving measures are implemented and evaluated continuously.
  •  Ensures that rosters & overtime are managed appropriately according to operational needs.

6. Human Capital Development

  •  Participates in training related to the job.
  • Assists with company orientation, training, and other special courses when required.
  •  Leads by example, inspires and motivates those around your department through enthusiasm, and inspires and guides others to make their decisions based on the organization’s values and overall direction, keeping the company’s goals in mind.

7. Policies and Procedures

  • Maintains a high standard of appearance and grooming.
  •  Apply and adhere to rules and regulations as per the employee handbook, departmental and company policies and procedures, including those for emergencies.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the overall organization’s mission, vision, and values.
  •  Handles any employee complaint professionally per company’s policy & procedures.
  • Practices proper telephone etiquette with colleagues and company guests.
  •  Ensures all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Cambodian Law.

8. Health and Safety

  •  Always maintains the highest levels of personal hygiene.
  • To ensure that company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained in all work areas.
  •  To be fully aware of all health and safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
  •  Responsible to report any potentially hazardous situations within the workplace.
