Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities and providing them with regular performance-related feedback.
  • Maintain hygiene and tidiness of the Customer Service Counter
  • Assisting customer service staff with duties where required and training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
  • Received customer request, write receipt, receive payment from customer, and clear payment to accounting
  • Investigating and solving customer service complaints, both internal and external
  • Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
  • Prepare Cash collection report for The Elysée, Elite Town, La Seine, and future projects to be included
  • Issue and delegate information and announcements to the customer
  • Join with the sales department to check the handover house to the owner and the Delivery Invoice to the Customer
  • Follow up on outstanding fees with the house owner or tenants to pay the Space of Rental fee, Electricity fee, Water fee, Parking fee, Management fee, Property Tax fee, and other fees.
  • Access the Car and motorcycle parking card and the Elevator Card.
  • Cooperate and process customer concerns and requests to management.
  • Performing additional duties where needed assigned by the Property Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Finished a bachelor's degree, have experience as customer service before, able to speak English and Chinese.
  • Two years or more of related experience required.
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, standard office practices, and procedures.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
