● Support procurement activities, including purchase orders, follow-up, and delivery tracking.● Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely supply.● Maintain accurate records for orders, shipments, inventory, and related documentation.● Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment planning to prevent shortages.● Prepare reports, update databases, and support basic analysis of procurement performance.● Help resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.● 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.● Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.● Good communication and coordination skills, with a customer-focused mindset.● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is an advantage.● Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.● Good command of English; local language skills are an advantage.
