Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  1. Assist the manager in executing procurement plans and follow up on hardware procurement tasks.
  2. Conduct preliminary performance evaluations and system compatibility checks for procured hardware to ensure alignment with R&D requirements.
  3. Supplier Management: organize price comparisons, evaluate quotations, and oversee contract execution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  4. Customs Clearance: coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of imported goods.
  5. Warehouse & Inventory Management: monitor inventory data accuracy, coordinate issuance, receipt, dispatch registration, and stocktaking.
  6. Procurement Issue Resolution: promptly address delays, quality problems, and supplier-related issues.
  7. Market Intelligence: collect market information on hardware prices, models, and new products, and propose optimization suggestions.
  8. Team Management & Training: guide procurement specialists to improve procurement execution efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Electronics/Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, including at least 1 year in team supervision or mentoring.
  3. Familiar with hardware specifications and system compatibility; capable of independently conducting supplier comparisons and evaluations.
  4. Knowledgeable in procurement processes, inventory management, and customs clearance procedures; experience in electronic/hardware procurement is preferred.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and execution skills; responsible and able to work under pressure.
  6. Proficient in office software and ERP systems; capable of preparing procurement reports and performing data analysis.
  7. Fluent in both Chinese
