Job Description

  • Direct involvement in the whole procurement process, from sourcing to purchasing.
  • Source potential suppliers and evaluate their products based on brief given.
  • Make comparison between supplier’s goods based on price, quality, and delivery lead time.
  • Work closely with various team members to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities efficiently.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company with company policies and procedure.

  • Lead and Prepare quotation summary analyses and make recommendations

  • To perform other task as and when required by superior.
  • Responsible for updating weekly report relating to purchasing activities.
  • Any other work related to Procurement as assigned by direct superior.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years on experience in Procurement/Purchasing position (senior or supervisor), experience in construction company is an advance
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal
  • Ability to work as a member of team
  • Attention to detail/accuracy
  • Able to communicate in English and Khmer
  • Good computer skills
  • Trustworthy, Friendly, honest and responsible
  • Flexible and adaptable to different circumstances
  • Curious, rigorous, motivated and willing to learn and develop skills
