Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
● Plan and supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
● Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to keep production lines running smoothly.
● Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement actions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
● Support compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across the factory.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production problems and support improvements.

● Experience in manufacturing or automotive production, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
● Strong knowledge of factory operations, production planning, and process control.
● Ability to manage teams, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure.
● Good understanding of quality, safety, and continuous improvement practices.
● Proficiency in reporting, coordination, and working with cross-functional departments.
● Willingness to work in Krong Bavet, Svay Rieng, and adapt to a production environment.
