Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

● Monitor telecom network quality, identify issues, and support timely resolution to maintain service reliability.
● Coordinate installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at site and customer locations.
● Support fault reporting, escalation, and follow-up with internal teams, vendors, and field engineers.
● Carry out preventive maintenance and help ensure equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance.
● Prepare accurate service logs, maintenance records, and technical reports for operational tracking.
● Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver professional, responsive support.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical, or a related technical field.
● Experience in telecom operations, field engineering, network maintenance, or technical support.
● Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of hardware, systems, and service quality processes.
● Ability to read technical diagrams, manuals, and maintenance procedures accurately.
● Good communication, teamwork, and customer service skills with a professional attitude.
● Willingness to work in the field and respond to operational needs as required.
● Knowledge of HSE-aware work practices and safety compliance is an advantage.
