  • Position Overview
    We are seeking a motivated Indoor Sales Representative to drive electric vehicle (EV) sales in our climate-controlled showroom. This role focuses on engaging walk-in customers, demonstrating EVs, and closing deals in a comfortable indoor environment, capitalizing on the growing EV market projected to expand despite recent sales fluctuations.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify showroom visitors, highlighting EV benefits like zero emissions, lower operating costs, and advanced tech features.
  • Conduct indoor test drive simulations and virtual reality demos to showcase vehicle performance without outdoor constraints.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, financing options, and incentives, aiming for monthly targets amid EV market shares around 6-12%.
  • Maintain showroom displays, inventory knowledge, and customer follow-ups via CRM tools.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 1 years in automotive or high-ticket sales, ideally with EV experience.
  • Strong communication skills and product knowledge of models like Tesla, Mazda, Avator or BYD.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced indoor sales floor, working flexible hours including weekends.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and federal/state rebates.
  • Sales certifications or CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
