  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales and marketing team.
  • Expand distribution channels and build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Plan and manage promotional campaigns, branding, and product launches.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports for management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing and market analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for business and customer visits when required.
