  • Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations.
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and market updates.
  • Support sales activities and promotions.
  • Train and guide sales staff when needed.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years experience in sales field.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Manufacturing  or beverage industry is preferred.
  • Willing to travel when required.
