Job Description

  • Manage full HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives.
  • Manage employee performance, training, and career development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, NSSF, and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and supervise HR team members.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with supervisory/management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Fluent in Khmer and English; Mandarin Chinese is an advantage.
  • Experience in the education sector is preferred.
