Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • To participate in planning and developing company-wide IT strategies.
  • To engage and partner with key business and IT stakeholders to identify changing business priorities and requirements and introduce new processes and technology to enhance the Business Analysis service offering.
  • Overseeing the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, and aligned with business needs
  • To develop business requirement document and Functional specification.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and priorities
  • Collaborate with team and within the QA Practice to improve the quality of the releases across the SDLC
  • Design system workflow and use case design to make sure the functional spec is aligned with the business requirement.
  • Collaborating with project managers to plan and execute projects, ensuring business requirements are integrated into project plans
  • Defining project scope and ensuring that all changes are properly documented and approved
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions to optimize business operations
  • Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Ensuring that all business analysis deliverables meet high-quality standards and adhere to best practices
  • Supporting the development and execution of test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, software consultant, or a related field
  • At least 3 years experiences in managing business process improvement.
  • At least 3 years experiences in IT business requirement gathering & documentation such as prototyping, designing of MVP, experience in mockup design, wireframe by using automation tools.
  • Knowledge & experience in IT Project Management.
  • Experienced in agile methodology and waterfall framework
  • Experienced in working in banking or financial sectors
  • Experienced in software requirement gatherings and developments
