• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, competency development, and performance improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of both Khmer and English, written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
