Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and service workshops.
Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and accuracy.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch and delivery of spare parts.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management.
Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Maintain proper documentation, invoicing, and system updates.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Automotive, or related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in spare parts sales, automotive, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of spare parts catalogues, inventory systems, and sales processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems.
Good communication and negotiation skills (Khmer & English preferred).
