An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve departmental and company-wide sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for corporate and SME logistics clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and consultations to provide tailored logistics and fleet solutions.
  • Oversee preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
  • Negotiate complex sales deals and contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics, fleet, or delivery services, with at least 3 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of logistics operations, delivery services, and fleet management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office. Strong English language skills; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
