Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Field Coaching & Sales Fundamentals Support Conduct field visits with supervisors to identify gaps and provide coaching; ensure execution of sales fundamentals and compliance with store standards.
  • 60% Sales Force Effectiveness Tasks (Office-Based Work) Analyze KPIs, coverage plans, route profitability; prepare reports and identify improvement areas; manage training materials and monthly insights for SFE.
  • 30% Collaboration and Communication Work with supervisors and sales fundamentals team to solve issues; align with related departments on performance gaps and corrective actions; act as a 10% communication bridge between sales, SFE, and merchandising teams.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, trade execution, or sales training roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, trade execution, merchandising, and customer service
