● Support daily supply chain and procurement activities, including order processing and follow-up.● Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.● Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, shipments, inventory, and related documents.● Track stock levels and assist with replenishment planning to avoid shortages or delays.● Prepare reports, update databases, and support basic analysis of supply chain performance.● Help resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to the supervisor when needed.

Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.● 1–3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.● Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.● Good communication and coordination skills, with a customer-focused mindset.● Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ERP system experience is an advantage.● Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.● Good command of English; local language skills are an advantage.
