Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for inspecting and data analysis of property(s) under consideration
  • Preparing all required document for entering valuation report
  • Fill all required information in inspection form and carefully interview market participants
  • Carefully search and select comparable properties in according to Standards.
  • Professionally communicate to property owner or bankers for inspection and/or for information related to valuation instruction.
  • Prepare valuation report , if needed and/or as instructed by management
  • Printing and binding reports, if needed and/or as instructed by management
  • Filing (hard and soft copy) of respective valuation cases
  • Collect and input GPID into systems and send to valuation administration
  • Collecting valuation fee from clients or from banks
  • Joining weekly training to improve valuation skills and other skills
  • Participating in land price, Boreys, apartment and condominium research as instructed
  • Rendering others tasks or services assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Land Management, Laws, Business Administration, IT….
  • 1 or 2 years experiences in valuation or listing roles
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Google Map, and English language
  • Problem Solving and analysis
  • Creative, independent, and positive thinking
  • Can travel to province (Mission: case by case)
