Job Description

Conduct research to develop business strategies and initiate new product development initiatives.
Conduct studies and evaluations of existing products to improve them in line with customer needs and market trends.
Initiate the development of a 3-year rolling strategic plan for the bank.
Coordinate the preparation of the bank's annual report in accordance with National Bank regulations.
Conduct data collection to analyze emerging industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive threats to plan business strategies.
Monitor, evaluate, and analyze the results of implementing the business strategy plan.
Study digital banking technology to develop a business strategy plan in line with the bank's goals.
Initiate strategic initiatives to improve bank operations and branch networks to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure the implementation of business strategies with high efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Business Administration, or a related degree
At least 5 years of experience in business strategy development, product development, service development, or related role in the banking or financial services sector.
English can be used for reading, writing, and speaking.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel, Email
Have creative skills to develop new businesses and products
Skilled in coordination, communication, and management.
