Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field
Experience
3+ years in recruitment or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Technical Skills
Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and digital recruitment platforms
Soft Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking
Language
Khmer-English bilingual ability preferred
