• Bachelor degree of Sale and Marketing or related field.
• At least 3-5 years experiences in project sale management.
• Understandings of construction industry.
• Have managerial expertise with inspired coaching spirit.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Wiling for travel to provincial.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese or other languages is plus.
• Excellent customer service and problems solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
