Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

➢ Procurement Requisition Process:
• Check requested items, requirement, more detail, references, samples and locations (go to buy outside at
the shops if needs, in case)
• Search and source vendors and items, specs and the different between requesting items and brandings by
suggesting product with acceptable price.
• Negotiate with suppliers and prepare issued quotations
• Proceed PR to line manager for approval and making orders.
➢ Purchase and supply:
• Support of buying small part for general items such as office product, accessories, equipment and services.
➢ Document Control:
• Record all documents both hard and soft files by copying and scanning
• Prepare paperwork and submit documents
• Prepare Cash Advance/Settlement
• Report and update Payment Issue to line manager weekly
• Update Weekly Report, slides presentation and Monthly Record
➢ Petty Cash Expense/Cash Advance Management:
• Update petty cash expense report to ensure under company purpose
• Proceed Cash Advance Request and Cash Advance Settlement
• Update and keep all records and report to line manager for any status.
➢ Monthly Process:
• Proceed monthly/quarterly requests of cleaning material, office supply, equipment, inventory, stationery and
pest control service
• Ensure to check pest control tracking schedule with admin team and prepare invoices to finance
• Perform other tasks will be assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 1 years’ proven experience in admin & purchasing
• Good at English for communication and computer literacy
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team and goal-orientated; good attitude and inter-personal skills
• Strong Be creative, initiative and good at multitasking
