Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Assist the administrative PO of the representative office in implementing process management and internal control and compliance management responsibilities.
• Be responsible for the specific organization and implementation of process planning, development, and operation within the organization unit, as well as the management of internal control and compliance work.
• Based on strategic requirements and business challenges, align with business problem-solving needs, and conduct annual planning on a regular basis to drive the development, optimization, and operation of processes throughout the year.
• Be responsible for establishing the process architecture view and process list for the business, and for implementing and executing the company's standard processes within the organization's scope.
• Proactively develop processes that match customer characteristics and local laws and regulations based on authorization.
• Conduct training and enablement to ensure that managers and employees effectively perform their duties based on a thorough understanding of the processes.
• Routinely test and monitor process execution through tools such as Compliance Testing (CT) and Proactive Review (PR), and promptly identify and correct deviations in process execution.
• Regularly measure process performance to assess whether process outcomes meet objectives; review the effectiveness of processes; and conduct SACA (Self-Assessment and Control Assessment) to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Through the VOC (Voice of Customer) handling mechanism, collect user feedback on process issues/suggestions through multiple channels, respond promptly, and ensure high-quality closure to promote continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in administration or related field;
• Good interpersonal and communication for both verbal and written skills in English and Chinese;
• An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks;Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills;
• Responds well under pressure with strict time limit, and deliver measurable results and meet objectives;
