Tech for Kids Academy (TKA) is a mission-driven EdTech organization dedicated to empowering children and youth with future-ready skills in technology, AI, and innovation. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Client Relation Interm. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of TKA, ensuring our students, parents, and partners receive exceptional support. Beyond customer care and program administration, you will also dedicate 20% of your time to supporting Business Development initiatives—helping us grow our impact, track new leads, and assist in building exciting new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, and partners engaging with TKA.
● Promptly and professionally handle inquiries via phone, email, Telegram, and social media channels.
● Provide clear and accurate information regarding TKA’s programs, events, and competitions.
● Gather customer feedback and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our service quality.
