- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding our client base
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Support in analyzing market trends and competitor activities.

- Minimum 2-3years experience in logistics or related industries

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Business-level of Khmer and English, additional Southeast Asian language skills are a plus

- Ability grow network within the Cambodia business community
- Basic understanding of the local logistics market
- Experience in contributing to sales targets
- Good negotiation skills, able to assist in identifying and resolve business challenges

- Understanding Cambodian business culture and practices
- Openness to working in multicultural environments

- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Personality: good communication skill, self-motivation and willing to learn, integrity and reliability, positive attitude towards challenges.
