• Manage all projects within budgets and maximize profitability.
• Implement and monitor team performance KPI: (User recruitment, in store branding, trade inventory)
• Tracking ROI for trade marketing activities (e.g. visibilities fee, secondary display, activation ...etc)
• Implement trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities at store level.
• Develop and implement merchandising guidelines to win at shelf.
• Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure execution of trade marketing plans (e.g. merchandising/planogram, trade promotions, in-store execution, etc.)
• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all brand activation programs.
• Detailed project planning. Critical Path Schedules for all projects
• Manage all resources / self-owned or 3rd party resources to ensure flawless execution. 
• Effective leadership and management of all brand activation field teams.
• Manage and control all brand activation assets.
• Demonstrate and deliver knowledge/trends/new innovations in the brand activation industry.
• Leverage shared resources to improve profitability.
• Identify ongoing opportunities and improvements (ongoing market studies/audits of competitor activities).
• Work with cross function department (brand marketing, sales, central services, operations, etc.) to deliver a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget on time.

Job Requirements

  • Creativity, initiative combined with commercial awareness
  • Good business sense and the ability to work on budgets
  • Excellent client service skills to develop business with new clients and current accounts
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong ability to analyze business challenges and provide appropriate solutions 
  • Excellent proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
