Job Description

We're looking for someone with a healthcare background or experience in the field to help us scale our impact in Cambodia.

  • Coordinate and oversee healthcare-related projects in Cambodia, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Engage with local and international stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare organizations, NGOs, and government bodies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential partners and expanding Z-waka’s presence in Cambodia.
  • Coordinate client-driven projects in Cambodia by negotiating with healthcare organizations and aligning timelines to meet client expectations.
  • Facilitate training programs and capacity-building initiatives for HCPs, leveraging Z-waka's platform.
  • Manage communication with healthcare professionals and organizations involved in the projects.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and data collection using Z-waka's digital tools.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and local partners, providing insight into Cambodia's healthcare system and priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and standards.

Job Requirements

  • A medical background (degree in medicine, nursing, or public health) OR relevant experience in healthcare project coordination in Cambodia.
  • Familiarity with Cambodia's healthcare system, including public and private sector dynamics.
  • Fluent in Khmer and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Experience with healthcare platforms or digital tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing challenges.
