Job Requirements
● Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous customer service experience is an advantage.● Good communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.● Friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude with strong interpersonal skills.● Basic computer and smartphone skills for online communication and scheduling.● Able to work in Phnom Penh, Prampir Meakkakra, and support clinic hours as needed.● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple inquiries professionally.● Willing to learn, adapt quickly, and work well in a team environment.
