Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

1. Customer Service

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with directions, seating, and inquiries
  • Provide information about showtimes, facilities, and promotions                                                                                           

2. Ticket Checking & Entry Control

  • Verify tickets and allow entry to the correct hall or area
  • Ensure customers enter the correct screening room
  • Manage crowd flow during peak periods                                                                                                                                              

3. Hall Preparation & Cleanliness

  • Check and prepare cinema halls before and after each show
  • Ensure seating areas are clean, organized, and ready
  • Assist cleaning team if required to maintain hygiene                                                                                                                      

4. Customer Assistance During Shows

  • Monitor halls to ensure customer comfort and safety
  • Respond to customer needs or complaints during screenings
  • Enforce cinema rules (no noise, proper behavior, etc.)

5. Safety & Security

  • Ensure safety rules are followed by customers
  • Assist in emergency situations (evacuation, incidents)
  • Report any suspicious or unsafe activities                                                                                                                                            

6. Crowd & Queue Management

  • Manage customer queues during busy hours
  • Maintain order and smooth flow of customers
  • Support ticketing and concession areas when required                                                                                                                       

7. Team Support

  • Work closely with ticketing, F&B, and operations teams
  • Assist in events, promotions, and special screenings
  • Follow instructions from supervisors or team leaders

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus (fresh candidates welcome)
  • Friendly and positive attitude

  • Ability to stand for long hours
