2. Establish an end-to-end business process map covering all aspects including franchisee management, delivery capacity scheduling, order delivery, and customer service.
3. Regularly organize business process diagnostics and analyses to identify efficiency bottlenecks and risk points, formulate optimization and improvement plans, and promote their implementation.
4. Lead business process reengineering projects to improve overall operational efficiency and quality through process simplification, automation, and digitalization.
5. Develop and maintain a nationwide unified operating procedures (SOPs), work guidelines, and process documentation system.
6. Collaborate with product and technology departments to translate key business process requirements into system function and tool requirements.
7. Establish a business process compliance monitoring mechanism to ensure unified standards are implemented across all regions nationwide and prevent operational risks.
8. Responsible for business process-related training and promotion to enhance the process execution and optimization awareness of all network business personnel.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. At least one year of experience in process management and operational optimization, with experience in logistics, food delivery, and e-commerce platform process management preferred.
2. Excellent cross-departmental coordination and project management skills, capable of driving process changes to implementation through multi-party collaboration.
3. Strong written communication skills, capable of writing rigorous and clear process documents and operation manuals.
4. Excellent training and communication skills, capable of effectively promoting process standards and guiding their implementation.
